Service frequency varies based on pool usage and surrounding conditions. For pools with high usage or nearby vegetation, we recommend twice a week service, especially during the summer months. Generally, two visits per week from May through September help maintain optimal cleanliness and water quality.

Only a licensed professional can confirm accurate chemical balance. However, clear water with no discoloration or cloudiness is a good sign. Strong chlorine smell, cloudy water, algae growth, or skin and eye irritation are common signs of imbalance and should be addressed promptly.

Our technicians check and adjust water chemistry during every visit to ensure safe and healthy swimming conditions.

We offer multiple service days for customers to choose from and schedule visits on the agreed day. Although we aim to maintain consistent visit times, exact appointment times cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.

We do not perform pool services on heavy rain days due to safety concerns, reduced visibility, and limited effectiveness. However, if conditions allow, we will still attend to add necessary chemicals to your pool.

Service visits will be arranged either prior to or following major holidays. Our team observes a one-week holiday break between Christmas and New Year, as well as an additional week off at another time during the year.
